Job Summary

A Warehouse General Helper supports the daily operations of a warehouse by assisting with receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods. This role ensures that materials are handled safely, inventory is maintained accurately, and the warehouse remains clean and organized. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against delivery documents.

• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.

• Help with packing, wrapping, and preparing orders for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.

• Assist in inventory counting and stock checking.

• Move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other basic equipment.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Report damaged or missing items to the warehouse supervisor.

• Support other warehouse staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 20–25 kg).

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
